By registering for Mindy (Mindy, Service, we) Account, using this site and/or any of Mindy online or mobile products and services or participate in any other manner, you agree to this Privacy Policy and that we may process and store some types of personally identifiable information (Personal Data).  

By registering, you also agree that Mindy may process your data in accordance with the following Privacy Policy. We respect the privacy of the visitors and/or users of our Websites and Applications and are committed to protect the Personal Data that you share with us. We believe that your privacy is very important. This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 23, 2021.

‍When you register for a Mindy, connect, enter or participate in any other manner, you may grant access to certain information such as your email address, your name, password, a username, or other information you share, either directly or by granting access to your user account on social network such as Facebook or services such as Google or Apple. If you choose to connect to one of our Websites or Applications through a third-party service such as listed above, we may collect additional Personal Data from your profile on such third-party services, such as your name, username, and photograph, etc. However, we will not without your express consent provide your Personal Data to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. 

‍Other Information About Your Use of the Services
‍Usage Information: Whenever you use Mindy Services, we collect usage information, such as the sessions you use or music you listen to, what screens or features you access, and other similar types of usage information.

Transactional Information: When you make a purchase or return, we collect information about the transaction, such as product description, price, subscription or free trial expiration date, and time and date of the transaction. Mindy does not collect or process credit or debit card (“Payment Card”) data. Apple and Google collect Payment Card data with respect to in-app purchases made through the Apps.

Log Information: Mindy collects standard log files when you use our Services, which include the type of web browser you use, app version, access times and dates, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our websites.

Device Information: Mindy collects information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, device identifiers set by your device operating system, and mobile network information (like your connection type, carrier and region).

2. marketing activities of Mindy or advertisers - it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or pursued by third parties, which is marketing (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 point f) of the GDPR), 
3. analytical and optimization of the Service - it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, which is data analytics (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 point f) of the GDPR), 
4. offer personalization, including profiling (personalized rewards and discounts) - your freely given consent (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 point a) of the GDPR). Furthermore, if you gave us your additional consent or specifically agreed to this by email or similar technology, we might send you the newsletter and other marketing communications, relating to Mindy or the businesses of carefully selected third parties.
5. Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Mindy and others, including to enforce our agreements and policies. ‍You can receive Your Personal Data which you provided to Mindy (by completing the form or by virtue of your activity on the Service), in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and ask us to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.
